Refunds and cancellations.
Row & Behold provides a tailored service against an agreed file and set of rules. This policy explains how to stop work, request a refund or raise a problem.
Before work starts
If you ask to cancel before work has started, the service payment will be refunded in full. Contact hello@rowandbehold.co.uk as soon as possible and include the name and email address used for the order. Do not send card details.
After work has started
Contact us immediately. Where cancellation is possible, the work completed and costs reasonably incurred up to that point will be reviewed and any refund due will be explained. Because the service is tailored to the approved file and rules, a change of mind after the agreed work has been completed will not normally result in a refund.
If the work is wrong or incomplete
If the delivered work does not follow the agreed rules or scope, explain the issue promptly and provide a safe example where possible. Row & Behold will investigate and, where appropriate, correct or repeat the affected work, provide a price reduction or refund, or offer another remedy required by law.
A new file, additional rows, changed structure or a new rule is additional scope rather than a fault in the original service.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method. The time taken to appear is controlled by Stripe, the card network and your payment provider. Row & Behold will confirm when the refund has been submitted but will not ask you to send full card details.
Consumer rights
If you are acting as a consumer, any cancellation rights and remedies provided by UK law apply in addition to this policy. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are unsure whether work has started or what applies to your order, contact us before taking another payment action.
